How information is handled
Separated paths
Workforce readiness records and child-safety routing records are kept in separate systems and are never combined.
Consent is granular
Program participation, communications, file storage and any future public profile field each require separate consent.
Nothing published without opt-in
Member information is private. Publication would require separate opt-in plus approval, and is not available today.
GIFT provides prevention education and helps community members locate official reporting routes. GIFT is not a reporting hotline, law-enforcement agency, child-protection agency or investigative service. Call 911 in immediate danger.
The full privacy notice, including retention periods, is being finalized with GIFT leadership and will be published before member functions open.
