Participants are SWYMER Care Pathway Members. The program supports economic empowerment through role exploration, official-requirement literacy, readiness planning and peer leadership.

Pastoral listening, understanding and resource navigation: LISTEN → UNDERSTAND → ASK → RESOURCE → RESPONSE. You choose how you participate — anonymous listening, confidential intake, or authorized referral and follow-up.
