Training and code
Role-specific training, a written code of conduct and a boundary agreement are required before any peer activity begins.
Supervision
Every Peer Ambassador works under named staff supervision with recorded engagement.

Peer interest form
Peer interest, training records, boundary agreements and supervision tracking open in the peer pilot phase. Approval is a separate process from membership.
SWYMER Peer Ambassador is an internal outreach title. It is not a licensed or certified Peer Specialist credential and must never be presented as one.
