Orientation before you join
Membership is not open yet. This page explains what participation involves so nothing is a surprise when intake opens.
What we will ask
Career intake, plainly described
What we will never ask
No Social Security number, no immigration case details, no diagnosis and no trauma narrative. Do not send those to GIFT.
Consent is separated
Program participation, communications, file storage and any future public profile field each require their own consent.
Privacy by default
Member records are private. Portfolio content is private unless you separately opt in and a later approval process is in place.

Member sign-in and intake
Accounts, consent capture and career intake open in the SWYMERS pilot phase with a small invited group, after privacy testing is complete.
GIFT readiness statuses are internal planning tools. They do not grant a license, certification, government approval, Medicaid enrollment, employment eligibility or authority to provide a regulated service.
